The Lake House is a set of luxurious residences available for occupancy in downtown Excelsior. This unique newly constructed building consists of only four carefully curated home units, all of which are corner units featuring views of Lake Minnetonka.
The Lake House first contacted Fuzzy Duck to create a captivating online presence that showcases their residences. Our goal was to position them as the ultimate destination for luxury living in Excelsior.
In many ways, the website was being built right in pace with The Lake House itself. When they came to Fuzzy Duck, they had a logo established, but not much else. We started by creating a landing page to showcase the logo, unit concepts, and contact information. The page was designed to generate excitement and anticipation while the project was still under construction. As the project progressed, we expanded the website to showcase the luxury residences and drive interest in the available units. Despite the new build not being physically ready for viewing, we utilized renderings and expert descriptions to effectively communicate the quality and appeal of the residences. Our team members personally visited the site to gain a deeper understanding of the space and ensure accurate representation on the website.
Once the building was more complete and buzz was growing, our team designed eye-catching exterior signage for the building. Our talented designers, created visually appealing signage that complemented the brand’s logo and overall aesthetic. The exterior signage played a crucial role in creating brand visibility and attracting attention from pedestrians in downtown Excelsior.
Through our partnership with The Lake House we successfully created a dynamic website that showcased the building’s appeal and generated interest.
