Situated along the shores of Lake Minnetonka, Wayzata (sometimes referred to as the jewel of Lake Minnetonka), is just 11 miles west of Minneapolis. This lakeside village has a thriving downtown business community, high-quality developments and some of the area’s best restaurants!

The building we call home is a beautiful 105-year-old house that, like our company, is unique and full of character. From the welcoming front porch, original hardwood floors, an antique incubator coffee table, and fenced-in back patio, this house has so much personality! We think of it as a member of our team.
