Awarded TwinWest Chamber's Entrepreneur of the Year, Eddie’s business background combined with his love for art and storytelling has led to many exciting opportunities in the creative industry. He has worked on everything from children’s books to independent feature films. These experiences have strengthened his role at Fuzzy Duck by honing his abilities to simplify and convey concise, purposeful messages through visual and written communications. Beyond overseeing the company's daily operations, Eddie’s current roles also include Creative Director, ensuring that the creativity and quality level remain high on all projects, as well as Marketing Strategist, working directly with clients to help establish their branding and messaging strategies.
Eddie has worn every hat within the company from designer to project manager to an accountant. With a talented team now behind him, Eddie’s current roles include founder, CEO and Creative Director.
Eddie and his wife, Beth, have four daughters and live in Plymouth. His hobbies include anything related to good written and visual storytelling - such as books, comics, and movies. He is a self-proclaimed geek and loves to collect art books and dimensional representations (statues and figures) of unique characters or corporate mascots (No, they're not toys) :)
For over 15 years, Jared has led online interaction and web projects for Fuzzy Duck. With a diverse background in online interaction, digital marketing, communications, web design & development, Jared is able to turn advanced concepts and needs into reliable and manageable online solutions. He has a unique combination of both design and development capabilities that enable him to take an all-encompassing approach to accomplishing each client's goals.
Jared and his wife, Kelli, have two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys learning about new technologies, expanding his culinary skills and playing games with his family. As a lifelong Cubs fan he enjoys watching them with an actual belief that this is 'the year'.
Courtney has a background in Industrial Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. With over eight years of web design, customer service, and leadership experience across several industries, she brings a strong background in design, management, and organizational systems to Fuzzy Duck.
Courtney strives to bridge the gap between project management and design by combing her expertise in web design/development, UI/UX design, graphic design, and SEO with her knowledge in internal process organization, customer service, and project account management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three sons, husband, and dog, Charlie. She enjoys staying active by playing soccer, coaching, camping, traveling, and relaxing at her cabin.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the College of Visual Arts (CVA), in Communication Design. Her strong eye for detail and order have allowed her to work successfully as a print designer at Fuzzy Duck since 2000. In addition to her years of experience, her best traits are her calm rapport with clients and vendors alike, and her efficiency in seeing a project through to completion. She thoroughly enjoys working directly with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships.
Interests outside of the office include seeing her favorite bands in concert, serving as an executive board member of CVA Action and continuing to expand her knowledge of photography. She also feels that donuts are one of the tastiest inventions of all time.
CJ is Fuzzy Duck’s Social Media & Content Specialist. With over a decade of marketing, digital design, and video production experience she brings her passion for making deep connections and story-telling through creating relevant digital media.
In her free time, CJ enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying nature, gardening, and photography.
Lisa’s path to web development began when she volunteered to create websites for a nonprofit. She found herself hooked by the process and transitioned her career in full from public health to web development. She enjoys collaborating with clients to hone their vision for their products, as well as the shared satisfaction that comes from bringing those visions to life.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cuddles with her two cats, serving on the boards of her local volunteer network and HOA, and building an off-grid cabin with her husband. As a lover of self-sufficiency, she is always looking for new skills to learn.
Kelsey is a multimedia designer, illustrator, and animator with five years of experience in the local industry. After completing her bachelor’s in Psychology at Concordia College Moorhead, her love of visual storytelling and narrative art took her in a new direction, and she enrolled at the Art Institute International of Minnesota for Media Art and Animation. Her love of storytelling also led her to take her current position as a Fuzzy Duck where she can apply her knowledge creatively and build lasting relationships with clients and fellow Fuzzy Ducks.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys hiking, camping, spending time at the kickboxing gym or in coffee shops, and playing games with friends.
Collin is a technically minded, multimedia designer with over ten years of experience in digital marketing, web design, and frontend development. He also has a passion for illustrating characters and bringing them to life through motion and storytelling. His position with Fuzzy Duck allows him to utilize the full range of his diverse skill set to support a variety of projects. He is always looking to learn new things and enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems.
In his free time he likes to draw and stay active by running, hiking, and cross-country skiing. He spends entirely too much time in his own head pondering the unknowable questions of life, the universe, and everything.
As Fuzzy Duck’s copywriter, Brenna works diligently to make your brand voice shine. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, she honed her craft in the natural foods industry where she contributed to professional websites, industry-wide publications, and social media initiatives. Brenna has written for clothing companies and newspapers alike; she’s even edited a novel. A bona fide wordsmith, Brenna is eager to help you tell your story.
Outside of the office, you might find her either hitting the disc golf course or the cross-country ski trails, depending on the season. On Saturday mornings, Brenna enjoys nothing more than sipping fancy coffee while strolling around her neighborhood. She always savors moments spent curled up with her two beloved cats.
Ellen is a relationship-builder well-versed in marketing strategy, branding, and much more. Since graduating from the University of Minnesota, she's built her career in marketing and communications. In her role with Fuzzy Duck, she enjoys working directly with clients to support their goals and address their business challenges. Curious by nature, she prides herself on her ability to ask the right questions and find creative solutions to problems.
During her free time, Ellen enjoys exploring state parks with her husband, baking something she saw on the Great British Baking Show, and spending time with friends.
Dani assists with Fuzzy Duck’s day-to-day administrative operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable and generally keeping our office in order. Basically, she keeps us ducks swimming!
She attended the University of St. Thomas, earning a degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting. Dani has an organized and efficient work ethic which helps in her roles behind the scenes and ensures the best customer service experience possible.
Dani has a black cat named Stell. In her spare time, she loves to paint, longboard, and try out new restaurants.
