We’re Hiring: Office Administrator/Manager

Fuzzy Duck is in immediate need of a detail-oriented individual for a hybrid Office Administrator/Manager position. A flexible, part-time schedule can be created for the right candidate with full-time potential if desired.


  • Intelligence, refined organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive work ethic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks Pro or comparable accounting software
  • Past success with project management and/or office management
  • Direct experience in an agency or production environment a plus


Office Administration:

  • Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, and timely invoicing
  • Management of CRM and other data entry
  • Occassional HR paperwork
  • Occasional and general office management and office administration duties

Project Management:

  • Coordinate the intake and management of multiple projects into project management and accounting system
  • Serve as the hub between internal creative and executive staff and external clients by staying completely informed of and communicating project progress throughout a project’s duration
  • Communicate job requirements, and procure supporting assets/materials and information to ensure that jobs are completed thoroughly and in a timely and organized manner
  • Assist in the development of job timelines and monitor and enforce deadlines
  • Enforce project processes by utilizing and requesting staff use proper documentation, procedures etc.
  • Research and recommend workflow optimization and process improvements that will increase efficiency, revenue and client satisfaction
  • Project-based resource scheduling and tracking via online project management tool
