Dream Duffel

Founded in 2008, Dream Duffel's mission is to make traveling easier for competitive dancers. Starting with the now iconic and self-named Dream Duffel and accessories, Dream Duffel has become THE brand in the competitive dance market. Each year, Dream Duffel builds upon their success by introducing new products and expanding their offerings to new markets. Since the initial launch, Dream Duffel has provided tailor-made products for dance, cheer, pageantry, skating, equestrian, and general travel. Fuzzy Duck joined Dream Duffel's success story in 2015 with the design, development, and launch of a Magento powered ecommerce site. The new site allowed Dream Duffel to scale their business online with new features, marketing capabilities, and integrations. We are proud to continue our partnership with Dream Duffel to this day, providing ecommerce design updates and support as well as search engine marketing.

Building Upon Success

Prior to their work with us, Dream Duffel had launched a successful product line, but struggled with the capabilities of their ecommerce solution. Fuzzy Duck worked closely with the client to understand their business requirements and goals. With the client’s requirements documented, we began to architect the new ecommerce solution. Magento was selected for its robust core features and extensibility. We then designed a custom storefront and migrated the client’s products, customers, and order history to the new ecommerce platform. Since the official launch of the site, we have helped the client to grow and adapt their online business as technology and requirements change.

With the client’s ecommerce presence established, Fuzzy Duck went to work on creating Dream Duffel’s digital marketing strategy. This strategy consists of a mixture Fuzzy Duck-managed search and shopping campaigns, as well as self-managed social, email, text, and customer engagement marketing efforts. The result is a multi-point marketing effort that keeps the client in front of their audience throughout the customer buying experience.
