The Hotel Landing brought much to Wayzata: 92 boutique hotel rooms, 30 luxury condos, a Scandinavian-inspired spa and a two-story restaurant called ninetwentyfive.

ninetwentyfive came to us with a general idea and direction. Working closely with them, we helped narrow the look down to something simple, clean and sophisticated. We were always conscious of coming up with a design and color palette that would work well with the various textiles being used in the interior design of the establishment. At the same time, the challenge was to keep the logo flexible enough to use on the numerous print pieces as well.
