EarthDaily
Doing More With Less, on a Deadline
According to the BBC, 30 million PowerPoint presentations are created every day. Standing out in that crowd requires clarity, confidence, and making the audience feel like they’re seeing something that matters. Here’s how we did it:
We worked with what existed. Rather than building entirely new animations from scratch, we made smart use of EarthDaily’s existing assets alongside targeted new work. That approach kept the timeline manageable without sacrificing quality.
We simplified without dumbing down. The finished presentation and video translate EarthDaily’s technology into a story growers and sellers can actually connect with. The focus stayed on benefits and what Territory Insights means for the people who will use it, rather than on the mechanics of how it works.
We built a path to action. A temporary landing page gave conference attendees a direct line to learn more and get in touch. Because generating interest at a conference only matters if there’s somewhere for that interest to go.
The whole effort was built around one core goal: create confidence in EarthDaily’s mission and give their audience a reason to stay tuned for what’s coming next.
Making Cutting-Edge Technology Easy to Understand
EarthDaily operates at the intersection of satellite technology and agriculture, innovative and important work that doesn’t always translate easily into a conference presentation. Their team faces two persistent challenges that come with the territory.
The subject matter is complex. Satellite-based agricultural insights are truly exciting, but explaining that excitement to growers and sellers requires translating technical innovation into clear, relatable benefits. Jargon and complexity are the enemy of a good first impression.
The visual assets are limited. When you’re launching new technology, you don’t always have a library of polished imagery to pull from. Without a big asset folder, visual storytelling requires creativity and resourcefulness.
With their Territory Insights product ready to debut at a major agricultural conference, EarthDaily needed a video, a presentation, and a new landing page, all on a deadline that left no room for a slow start.
Long Game, With a Short-Term Win
Satellite technology moves on its own timeline. Launches take years. Results take time to materialize. So, part of Fuzzy Duck’s job on this project was helping EarthDaily generate real enthusiasm for something that exists, in part, in the future.
That’s not an easy ask. But it’s exactly the kind of challenge a long-term partnership is built for. Because we already understood EarthDaily’s voice, their audience, and their goals, we didn’t need months of onboarding to get started. We got to work.
For organizations launching complex or emerging technology, a few principles drive results.
Simplicity is a competitive advantage. The clearest message in the room wins, regardless of how sophisticated the product is.
Resourcefulness beats budget. Knowing how to maximize existing assets isn’t a workaround. It’s a skill that saves time and keeps projects on track.
Long-term partnerships move faster. When an agency already knows your business, there’s no ramp-up time. You can execute at the speed the moment requires.
